About the Role

flynas is seeking a User Experience Strategy Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to optimizing digital experiences by conducting comprehensive UX research and user behavior analysis. The role focuses on understanding customer needs to enhance the overall digital journey across various touchpoints.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to improve the user journey, increase booking conversion rates, and enhance cart/basket value. The User Experience Strategy Officer will play a key part in supporting the development and continuous enhancement of flynas's e-commerce initiatives across all digital platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and execute A/B testing, usability testing, surveys, and other UX research methodologies.
• Conduct user behavior, heatmap, and digital analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform competitor and industry benchmarking to evaluate and enhance UX performance.
• Develop and execute UX strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Translate research, testing, and analytics into actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Design and test UI elements including navigation, search, CTAs, banners, page layouts, and digital flows.
• Analyze website and customer data to identify high-performing and underperforming digital touchpoints.

Strategic UX Deliverables

• Create UX deliverables such as user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps.
• Continuously monitor UX performance and recommend improvements to enhance conversion, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Technology, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered experiences.
• Communicate UX insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on UX research methodologies, industry trends, and best practices and apply them to digital experiences.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in User Experience strategy or a related field.
