About the Role

Müller`s Solutions is seeking an experienced User Experience & User Interface (UX/UI) Expert for a 9-month full-time engagement. This role focuses on designing and enhancing user experiences across digital platforms, ensuring the creation of intuitive, accessible, and user-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user journeys and overall user experiences.
• Develop and maintain a unified Design System.
• Create and oversee interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG and W3C accessibility standards.
• Conduct usability reviews and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and designers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on government services design.
• Strong knowledge of UX methodologies, accessibility standards (WCAG, W3C), and design systems.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
