About the Role

Sulava MEA is developing the platform and product experience for Frontier Firm Live (FFL), an AI agent offering for enterprise clients in the Middle East and Africa. As the company scales, the user experience with agents, the platform, and AI Teammates is becoming critical. This full-time UX/Concept Designer role, based in Riyadh, will shape this experience from concept through to implementation, working closely with a technical team.

Key Design Responsibilities

• Design the user interface of the FFL platform, including layout, navigation, and interaction patterns, adhering to a consistent design system.
• Develop end-to-end user journeys across the platform, covering onboarding and daily usage scenarios.
• Define conversational and agent interaction patterns, specifying how AI agents communicate confidence, limitations, and human handoff.
• Design multilingual experiences, including Arabic, for agents and interfaces intended for regional use.
• Create prototypes and concepts for testing and validation prior to engineering commitment.

Core Activities and Collaboration

• Design the FFL platform's UI and user journeys from initial concept to build-ready handoff.
• Shape the communication style of AI agents and AI Teammates, including conversational flow, tone, and error recovery strategies.
• Collaborate directly with AI Engineers and the Integration Engineer to ensure designs are technically feasible.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and reusable component library for the FFL platform.
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Integrate Arabic and multilingual considerations into designs from the outset.

Required Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and concept design work, with the ability to discuss projects in detail. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Demonstrable experience designing for software platforms, with a preference for SaaS, enterprise, or platform products.
• Proven experience working with Microsoft technologies, specifically Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio interfaces. This is a mandatory requirement due to the company's Microsoft-first technology stack.
• Experience designing end-to-end user journeys, beyond individual screen designs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and technical architects through to project delivery.
• A functional understanding of frontend and backend system interactions, sufficient for designing realistic solutions.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for AI, agent, or conversational interfaces, particularly in shaping AI system communication.
• Experience with dynamic, AI-generated, or personalized content design.
• Arabic language proficiency (written and spoken) is a significant advantage.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willingness to relocate.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards for enterprise software.
