The Role of UX Ops Associate

This full-time UX Ops Associate position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is integral to strengthening Tamara’s UX framework by managing design and research operations, cross-functional rituals, and scalable workflows. The Associate will ensure seamless coordination and efficient delivery across various product and brand surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen Tamara’s UX backbone by managing design and research operations, cross-functional rituals, and scalable workflows.
• Own design intake, prioritization, and delivery across product and brand surfaces, including vendor coordination and design system upkeep.
• Manage research operations end to end, encompassing participant recruitment, panel management, incentives, consent, repositories, and insight tracking.
• Partner with Product, Design, Research, and Product Ops teams to align dependencies, support Product lifecycle processes, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Improve documentation, workflows, tools, and operational metrics to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability within UX operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in UX, Research Ops/Design, or Product Ops within a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of user research, design systems, and operational tools such as Notion, Jira, Figma, research platforms, and AI tools.
• Strong experience with stakeholder management, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
