About the UX Researcher Role

UX Labs is seeking an On-Demand UX Researcher for project-based work in Riyadh. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of clients and projects, contributing essential user insights to shape product design and development.

Role Responsibilities

As an On-Demand UX Researcher, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of user research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and focus groups, tailored to specific project objectives.
• Supporting participant recruitment and coordinating research sessions.
• Aiding in the collection of qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring accuracy.
• Contributing to the organization and synthesis of research findings for analysis.
• Documenting research methodologies, findings, and insights.
• Contributing to the creation of clear research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and product managers, to integrate research findings into the design process.
• Participating in meetings and workshops to share insights.
• Demonstrating adaptability to evolving research needs and project priorities in a dynamic, on-demand environment.
• Communicating research progress and findings effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Assisting the UX Research team with various research tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• A strong interest in user research and UX design.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A foundational theoretical understanding of Usability Testing, User Interviews, Expert Reviews, Personas, and User Journeys.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are considered advantageous:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with key UX research tools and software, including usability testing platforms, survey tools, and analytics software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Additional Considerations

Additionally, the following would be beneficial:

• Completion of relevant UX courses or certifications.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract, on-demand, project-based position located in Riyadh. Flexibility in availability is required to align with agency needs and project deadlines.
