UX Team Lead

About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced UX Team Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading UX initiatives and driving user-centered design across various digital products and services. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX initiatives and drive user-centered design across digital products and services.
• Lead and develop UX/design teams.
• Design and lead interactive web and mobile applications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong experience in user-centered design methodologies and end-to-end UX processes.
• Proven experience leading and developing UX/design teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Experience designing and leading interactive web and mobile applications.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of UX research, product discovery, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile interaction patterns and UX best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
