UX/UI Developer

About the Role

Holool Aloula (NCBS National Company for Business Solutions) is seeking a UX/UI Developer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on designing and implementing intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces.

Role Overview

The UX/UI Developer will be responsible for creating effective digital interfaces for web and mobile applications. This position involves close collaboration with product, development, and business teams to translate requirements into functional and engaging design solutions. The developer will contribute to the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Translate user requirements and business needs into intuitive UI/UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI development.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
