VIP Car Rentals is seeking a dedicated Car Rental Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, shift-based position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals residing within Riyadh. The role involves providing professional car rental services and ensuring smooth operations for our valued clients. Compensation includes a fixed salary complemented by commissions and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional car rental services to clients.
• Clearly explain car rental terms, regulations, and contracts to clients.
• Prepare rental contracts and accurately enter data into the approved system.
• Verify driving licenses and identification documents, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Handle vehicle delivery and reception according to approved procedures, documenting their condition.
• Monitor car return dates and coordinate effectively with clients.
• Collect payments and issue invoices in adherence to company policies.
• Address customer complaints and escalate them to management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations, traffic laws, and safety instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in the car rental industry.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Fundamental knowledge of car rental contracts and traffic regulations.
• Experience with car rental company systems is preferred.
