About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Car Rental Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with vehicle rentals, reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with rental inquiries and reservations
Process rental agreements, payments, and returns accurately
Verify customer information, driver’s licenses, and insurance details
Explain rental terms, pricing, and vehicle features
Inspect vehicles before and after rental for cleanliness and damage
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Maintain accurate records and update rental systems
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn rental software
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
