Sapphire Technologies is a fast-growing multi-vendor e-commerce platform specializing in Fashion & Lifestyle. We are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to expand our vendor network across various fashion categories.

The Role

The Vendor Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-quality fashion and lifestyle vendors for our marketplace. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the Saudi Fashion Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage new vendors and brands within fashion categories.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality fashion and lifestyle vendors for the platform.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure vendor compliance with platform standards.
• Drive vendor performance, sales growth, and catalog expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams on vendor onboarding, operations, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be based in Saudi Arabia with strong knowledge of the Saudi Fashion Market.
• Experience in a multi-vendor e-commerce company is required.
• A strong network of fashion vendors in categories such as Lifestyle, Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Candidates must have experience specifically within the Fashion & Lifestyle Industry.
