About the Role

Eda2at is seeking a Vendor Registration & Qualification Specialist to join its project execution network. Eda2at operates as a B2B marketplace and business development platform focused on the construction, contracting, and industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia. The company is transitioning from a consulting heritage to a full-stack digital platform, serving over 240 corporate clients.

Role Overview

The Vendor Registration & Qualification Specialist will be responsible for supporting clients in the process of registering, qualifying, and maintaining vendor and supplier accounts. This involves working with government entities, semi-government organizations, large corporations, and various procurement platforms across Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering companies on supplier portals and procurement platforms throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Completing vendor registration and supplier onboarding applications.
• Preparing and organizing qualification and prequalification documentation.
• Coordinating with clients to gather necessary corporate documents and certificates.
• Submitting vendor registration and qualification applications in a professional and timely manner.
• Following up with procurement departments for registration status updates and clarifications.
• Maintaining and updating vendor profiles, managing renewals, and organizing supporting records.
• Tracking the progress of registrations and providing clear status updates to clients or the internal team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated practical experience in vendor registration and supplier qualification within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Familiarity with Saudi procurement procedures and supplier onboarding requirements.
• Experience working with major Saudi procurement platforms or supplier portals.
• Proficiency in managing multiple registration processes concurrently.
• Strong document management, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This is a part-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be an integral part of Eda2at's project execution network, supporting a diverse client base within the construction, contracting, and industrial sectors.
