StockUp is seeking a Supplier Development Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to fostering robust relationships with suppliers and clients, expanding the company's vendor network, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Role Overview and Impact

The Supplier Development Supervisor plays a critical role in driving market expansion and operational efficiency. This involves direct engagement with potential and existing partners to ensure seamless integration onto the platform and sustained collaboration, ultimately supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and clients.
• Onboard suitable vendors effectively onto the company's platform.
• Actively follow up on Request for Quotation (RFQ) opportunities.
• Conduct platform demonstrations for prospective clients and suppliers.
• Coordinate operations efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth processes.
• Regularly update follow-up data and generate comprehensive reports.
• Participate in strategic planning for growth and marketing initiatives.
• Manage client acquisition and sustain active relationships with vendors and buyers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, specifically in B2B sales across industrial products, construction, equipment, or services sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in field sales, including conducting supplier visits and effective lead generation.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Willingness and ability to conduct regular site visits and client meetings as required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Work Details

This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The salary for this role ranges from $1,000 to $1,500 per month.
