About the Role

HRsource is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Vice President Finance to lead the financial strategy of a high-growth technology company. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position requires a key member of the executive leadership team to drive financial performance, strengthen governance, and support strategic growth. The role involves partnering with the CEO and Board on critical business decisions, shaping the financial future of a scaling technology company, and playing a central role in fundraising, strategic transactions, and building for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO, Board, and executive team.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, cash flow, audit, compliance, and financial controls.
• Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Drive IPO readiness, including governance, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Lead all financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and corporate transactions.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance function while driving process improvement and finance transformation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 7–10 years in executive leadership.
• Experience within a technology, SaaS, fintech, software, digital, or high-growth business.
• Demonstrated success raising capital through equity and debt financing.
• Proven experience leading a company through an IPO, M&A, or other major corporate transaction is essential.
• Strong track record working with Boards, investors, investment banks, auditors, and regulators.
• Experience in financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, and ERP transformation.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
