About the Role

Futu Holdings is seeking a Visual Designer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting user acquisition, growth marketing, and localization initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the broader Arab market. The Visual Designer will be responsible for translating financial and investment concepts into clear and engaging creative assets for local audiences, connecting global product capabilities with culturally relevant visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visual design support for user acquisition and growth initiatives in the Arab market, including campaign posters, banners, in-feed advertisements, and landing-page visuals.
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to Arabic typography and right-to-left (RTL) layout standards, while considering religious sensitivities, seasonal occasions (*, Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr), and local customs to mitigate cultural risks.
• Stay informed about social media trends and the visual preferences of investors in the Arab market, translating key features and selling points of financial and investment products into compelling, locally relevant visual communications.
• Collaborate with the headquarters design team to understand business requirements and independently manage the entire design process from briefing and concept development to revisions, finalization, and delivery.
• Continuously optimize visual styles based on feedback from local users and develop and document reusable design elements tailored to the market.
• Proactively integrate AI-powered tools into daily design workflows to enhance creative production efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in visual design.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles.
• Deep familiarity with Arabic language, culture, and consumer preferences.
