The Opportunity

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse activities. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of all warehouse workers' functions and activities. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and effective inventory management within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delegate and assign tasks and targets to warehouse staff, and evaluate their performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legal and safety procedures within the warehouse.
• Manage inventory monitoring, conduct cycle counts, and perform audits to validate results.
• Oversee and follow up on customer claims to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Supervise proper shift allocations and maintain the overall efficiency of all warehouse staff.
• Organize and conduct necessary training activities for staff and workers to enhance their skills and compliance.
• Ensure the proper functioning workflow and processes across all warehouses, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and monitor staff timesheets accurately.
• Establish clear operational procedures for activities such as verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling material disposition, and maintaining current warehouse inventory records.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervision or a related operational role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic warehouse environment, requiring hands-on supervision and coordination with a team of warehouse workers.
