We’re Hiring PL & Driver Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

Smart Delivery Solutions is seeking an experienced 3PL & Driver Sourcing Specialist to support delivery operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Context

The specialist will play a key role in ensuring sufficient driver availability and capacity for delivery operations, with a current focus on food deliveries. This involves identifying, coordinating, and maintaining relationships with both freelance drivers and third-party logistics (3PL) companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and provide freelance delivery drivers based on operational requirements.
• Identify and coordinate with reliable 3PL companies to secure drivers and delivery capacity.
• Build and maintain a strong network of drivers and 3PL partners.
• Negotiate and coordinate rates, availability, and operational requirements with 3PL providers.
• Ensure sufficient driver availability to meet daily and upcoming delivery demand.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding driver requirements.
• Support driver onboarding processes, ensuring all required documents and information are collected.
• Maintain relationships with existing drivers and logistics partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or the 3PL industry.
• Demonstrated experience in driver sourcing, fleet sourcing, 3PL coordination, or last-mile delivery operations.
• An established network within the logistics and delivery sector.
• Ability to source and onboard drivers as required.
