- Solid technical foundation in Microsoft Windows, SQL, networking, and security concepts.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and customer-facing consulting skills, including leading discovery sessions and influencing outcomes.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset and the ability to execute tasks with minimal daily supervision.
- Strong internal and external networking capabilities, with the ability to build long-term relationships and credibility rapidly.
- Awareness of laboratory accreditation expectations and the impact of evolving policies and technology on lab operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences, Informatics, Biomedical, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry; consultancy and solution selling experience is strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in LIS consulting, technical support, or process management.
