About the Role

Mindray is seeking an IVD Integration Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the installation, deployment, implementation, user training, and technical support of laboratory informatics solutions. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves leading system integration and interface testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and serving as a key technical liaison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation, deployment, implementation, user training, and technical support of laboratory informatics solutions.
  • Lead system integration and interface testing with hospital HIS, LIS, EMR, and other third-party systems.
  • Communicate effectively with hospital IT departments, third-party vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot software, database, server, and network-related issues, coordinating with headquarters R&D and technical support teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Serve as the key technical liaison between the local subsidiary and headquarters, providing customer feedback and project updates to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of the regional healthcare informatics business.

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as LIS, HIS, and EMR, as well as system integration projects.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux servers, PGSQL databases, and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong capabilities in system integration, interface troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
  • Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the IVD industry, laboratory informatics, or international project implementation.
