Job Vacancy – Real Estate Marketing Specialist / Officer

A real estate company is looking to hire a Real Estate Marketing Specialist / Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate should be capable of professionally marketing properties, dealing with clients efficiently, and contributing to the company’s presence across real estate platforms and social media channels.

Job Responsibilities:
- Write professional and attractive property descriptions, clearly highlighting features and specifications.
- Upload and organize property photos, ensuring good quality and proper presentation.
- Add, publish, and update property listings on various real estate platforms.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, publish content, and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate property viewing appointments and organize visit schedules.
- Meet with clients and provide accurate information about available properties.
- Follow up with clients until the sale or rental process is completed.
- Prepare and finalize contracts, while coordinating with all concerned parties to complete procedures accurately and professionally.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate marketing or the real estate field.
- Strong skills in writing professional property descriptions and marketing content.
- Good knowledge of real estate platforms and social media management.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to organize appointments and follow up effectively.
- Fluency in spoken English.
- Strong negotiation skills, professionalism, and presentable appearance.

Working Conditions:
- 6 working days per week
- 8 working hours per day
