About the Role

Watan First Human Resources is seeking a Domestic Worker Recruitment Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to managing client interactions for domestic worker recruitment services, guiding them through the entire process from initial inquiry to final placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive clients and accurately identify their specific needs and requirements for recruitment services.
• Determine client specifications, including desired nationality, experience, skills, and worker profiles.
• Present suitable recruitment options and available offers from approved international recruitment partners.
• Follow up with clients and manage communication until the agreement and contract are finalized.
• Coordinate continuously between clients and the international recruitment team to ensure smooth and accurate procedures.
• Monitor application status, resolving challenges or client concerns throughout the recruitment process.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare comprehensive reports related to clients and applications.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this position is to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the recruitment journey. The specialist will be responsible for providing clear explanations of services and options, effectively connecting clients with international recruitment agencies, and diligently following up on all application stages to achieve sales targets.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant sales or client management role.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to interact with clients and coordinate with the recruitment team.
