About the Role

أقاهي is seeking a Specialty Coffee Sales Specialist (B2B) to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a consultative mindset, focusing on building strategic partnerships and delivering integrated solutions that enhance client businesses, rather than solely closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and select partners who align with the brand's vision and values.
• Establish and manage a network of sustainable institutional relationships with business leaders and decision-makers in the specialty coffee sector.
• Professionally represent the أقاهي brand.
• Understand and analyze the needs and challenges of B2B clients.
• Design and present comprehensive, customized solution packages to develop partner businesses and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead initiatives that ensure healthy and sustainable growth for both the company and its clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven practical experience in the specialty coffee sector.
• Mindset: A proactive, consultative approach capable of analyzing challenges and creating added value for clients.
• Personal Skills: Demonstrated skills in negotiation, persuasion, and professional networking.
• Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial and financial awareness to understand the impact of solutions on client and company profitability, coupled with a high commitment to quality.
