About the Role

Design Principles for Engineering Consultations, a diversified holding company based in Riyadh, is seeking a Business Development Executive. This full-time role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's growth and market expansion within Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and possess strong commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the holding company's business sectors and subsidiaries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential markets.
• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the holding company's strategic objectives.
• Identify and pursue potential projects, contracts, government tenders, and commercial opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in coordination with relevant departments.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to secure new business and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth handover and successful execution of awarded projects.
• Maintain an active business development pipeline and provide regular reports on opportunities, progress, and performance.
• Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or commercial management.
• Proven track record in identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing new contracts.
• Previous experience working with holding companies or diversified business groups is highly preferred.
• Experience in construction, engineering consultancy, real estate development, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment, government procurement processes, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and business reporting tools.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of achieving measurable business development targets.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven experience in identifying, developing, and converting business opportunities into successful projects, contracts, and long-term partnerships.
