Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with practical experience in attracting clients from the business sector (B2B), the ability to build partnerships and expand the client base, and to develop and implement growth plans that contribute to increasing revenue and market share. Experience in the automotive services sector is preferred.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy and attract clients from the corporate and government sectors.
  • Seek new business opportunities and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from client acquisition to contract signing.
  • Prepare commercial offers, negotiate with clients, and conclude agreements.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients and enhance opportunities for service expansion.
  • Study the market, analyze competitors, and identify investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets according to approved performance indicators.
  • Prepare periodic reports on performance, opportunities, and development plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or corporate sales (B2B).
  • Experience in the automotive services sector is preferred, such as:
    • Vehicle washing.
    • Oils and quick maintenance.
    • Tires and batteries.
    • Fleet management and operation.
    • Related operational services.
  • Experience in preparing commercial offers, negotiation, and contract management.
  • A strong network of relationships with companies and government entities is an added advantage.
  • High skills in communication, persuasion, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
