Job Description
We are looking for someone passionate about the world of coffee and beverages to develop the cafe's menu and test new recipes before they are approved.
Main tasks:
- Develop and test new recipes for the menu
- Good knowledge of matcha as a base, then mastering the preparation of all types of coffee
- Train the team on preparing recipes correctly
- Monitor quality and ensure consistency of taste and standards in every drink served to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in menu development or preparing specialty coffee and beverages
- Good knowledge of matcha and coffee and their preparation methods
- Skill in training and transferring knowledge to the team
- Accuracy and commitment to quality standards
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Beginner in English
