Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Receiving visitors and welcoming them professionally.
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them to the relevant departments.
  • Organizing meeting schedules and receiving guests.
  • Following up on emails and receiving correspondence.
  • Coordinating with various departments to facilitate visitor procedures.
  • Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and presenting a professional image of the company.
  • Performing administrative tasks related to the reception function.

Requirements:

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Good level of English (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent communication skills and presentable appearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Commitment and discipline during working hours.

  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
