Job Opportunity: Safety Officer Airport Project

HYKAL is seeking a highly experienced Safety Officer with 8 years of HSE experience, including at least 4 years in airport or aviation-related projects. This role demands a strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations, airport safety standards, and international safety codes.

Position: Safety Officer
Location: Al-Jouf - Sakaka, Saudi Arabia

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of HSE experience, including at least 4 years on airport or aviation-related projects.
NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification.
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations, airport safety standards, and international safety codes.
Proven experience in implementing, monitoring, and improving HSE management systems.
Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with site teams, contractors, and authorities.
Proficiency in MS Office, HSE reporting software, and safety documentation.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Note: Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.
