Role Overview

As a Bartender at Miraval The Red Sea, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient service of the Bar Operation. This full-time position requires maintaining high operational standards, contributing to the outlet's profitability, and delivering exceptional guest service. The role involves working closely with other departments to ensure overall hotel success and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Present menus, answer inquiries, and make suggestions regarding food, beverage, and service.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages according to established procedures.
• Operate the Micros Computer System for order processing and cashier functions.
• Maintain all food and beverage items, equipment, and facilities according to departmental requirements.
• Prepare "Mis-en-place" and ensure proper storage and temperature for all beverage stock.
• Assist in bar stock inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cashier duties, including verifying cash and credit card payments, adhering to finance department policies.
• Report any operational difficulties or problems to a Team Leader/Assistant Manager.
• Uphold high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations concerning fire, hygiene, health, and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience required: 0-1 year in a similar role.
• Familiarity with the Micros Computer System.
• Knowledge of menu and wine list items.
• Ability to maintain positive guest and colleague interactions.
• Understanding of current industry trends, both local and international.

This full-time position is based in Tabuk, specifically Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, fostering a collaborative team environment.
