Your Day to Day
As a Spa & Fitness Attendant, you will provide attentive and professional service across the spa, fitness, and wellness areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times. Your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the facilities, supporting both guests and team members. Assist with guest requests, prepare treatment rooms and fitness spaces, and monitor the safety of equipment. Report any maintenance or safety concerns and ensure compliance with operating and emergency procedures.

What We Need From You
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • High attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Ability to work efficiently within a diverse team
  • Basic knowledge of spa or fitness equipment and safety protocols is an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of food regulations, health and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with hotel information systems such as Opera, Fidelio, and Micros Symphony.
