About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Learning & Quality Coordinator for the InterContinental The Red Sea Resort. This full-time position is based in Tabuk, specifically covering Umluj and Tabuk, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on supporting the Learning & Development and Quality functions by coordinating training activities, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with hotel and IHG standards.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the smooth operation of learning and quality initiatives within the hotel. This involves ensuring that all colleagues receive necessary training, maintaining comprehensive training documentation, and actively supporting quality improvement efforts in line with established hotel and IHG guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions across all hotel departments.
• Prepare training calendars, attendance sheets, materials, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate and current training records for all colleagues.
• Follow up with departments regarding mandatory and specific training requirements.
• Support the implementation of IHG and hotel learning programs.
• Monitor training attendance and completion rates.
• Assist in preparing training reports and Learning & Development Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support quality audits and follow up on action plans and identified improvement areas.
• Coordinate colleague assessments, evaluations, and feedback related to training.
• Assist in organizing orientation and induction programs for new joiners.
• Ensure training documentation is properly filed and readily available for audits.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and requirements.
• Support employee engagement and quality initiatives throughout the hotel.
• Ensure all activities comply with hotel policies, IHG standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties related to Learning & Quality as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage administrative tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at the InterContinental The Red Sea Resort, located in the Tabuk region, covering Umluj and Tabuk. The role operates within a dynamic hotel environment, collaborating with various departments to achieve learning and quality objectives.
