The Role of Methods Engineer

The Methods Engineer supports project delivery by developing safe, efficient, and innovative construction methodologies. This full-time role, based in Al Ula and Tabuk, focuses on sequencing studies, constructability reviews, and technical solutions to optimize project performance, cost, schedule, and safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop construction methodologies and execution strategies aligned with project requirements, specifications, and schedules.
• Prepare method statements, construction procedures, technical reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Produce and coordinate method drawings and visual construction sequence documentation.
• Prepare and review construction sequencing studies, logistics plans, and phased execution strategies.
• Develop and maintain 2D, 3D, and 4D construction simulations to support planning and project execution.
• Conduct constructability reviews and identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical support to site teams during construction and resolve methodology-related challenges.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Construction, HSE, and Logistics teams.
• Identify schedule constraints, execution risks, and construction bottlenecks and develop mitigation measures.
• Participate in value engineering and technical optimization initiatives.

Work Location

This position is based in the Tabuk region, specifically covering projects in Al Ula and Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
