About the Role

Role Overview

The Packaging Designing Officer will be responsible for creating both structural and graphic packaging concepts, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, functional requirements, and regulatory standards. This role involves close collaboration with production teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging concepts, including structural and graphic elements, for new and existing products.
• Create 2D and 3D mockups, prototypes, and keylines using specialized design software.
• Collaborate with packaging design and production teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and functional specifications.
• Ensure all packaging designs comply with legal, safety, and regulatory labeling requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure accurate production of packaging materials.
• Conduct quality checks and testing on packaging prototypes for durability, functionality, and print accuracy.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Prepare technical specification sheets and artwork files for production.
• Incorporate sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly packaging solutions where applicable.
• Maintain design archives and manage version control of packaging files.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in packaging design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software used for 2D and 3D mockups, prototypes, and keylines.
• Understanding of packaging materials, production processes, and printing techniques.
• Knowledge of legal, safety, and regulatory labeling requirements.

Work Environment
