About Jayasom Wellness Resort Amaala

Jayasom Wellness Resort, opening in 2025 at Triple Bay, AMAALA, will offer an immersive retreat focused on holistic health, integrative medicine, and soulful care. The resort aims to provide tailored journeys anchored in Western science and complementary therapies, designed to restore balance and foster connection. Jayasom is building a pioneering team dedicated to elevating human potential and reshaping the future of wellness.

Role Summary

The Security Compliance and Vehicle Logistics Manager will oversee all aspects of resort security, safety, compliance, risk management, and logistics operations for Jayasom’s vehicle fleets. This full-time position, located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, requires 2-5 years of experience and is responsible for ensuring a secure, compliant, and efficient environment for guests, colleagues, and assets, while upholding the wellness mission of Jayasom Amaala.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all resort security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and physical assets.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, RSG standards, internal corporate policies, and international hospitality requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve security, risk, and compliance programs.
  • Manage logistics operations for all Jayasom vehicles, including receiving, storage, fleet coordination, maintenance, and distribution.
  • Manage logistics for staff transportation within Amaala and coordinate trips outside Amaala.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, local law enforcement, Civil Defense, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for security incidents, compliance reports, and logistics KPIs.
  • Collaborate with all departments to support operational needs and overall guest experience.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, train, and mentor the Security, ERT, Fire Brigade, and Logistics teams.
  • Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Conduct ongoing training covering emergency response, security protocols, guest interaction, and compliance.
  • Perform performance reviews and support development plans for team members.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and service-driven professionalism.
  • Oversee third-party security teams to ensure compliance with resort standards and expectations.

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day security operations, including CCTV monitoring, patrols, access control, and incident response.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns, security issues, and emergencies.
  • Ensure security systems, including alarms, access control, and surveillance, are fully functional and compliant.
  • Implement fire safety protocols and coordinate with Civil Defense.
  • Oversee the Lost & Found process, ensuring accurate logging, documentation, and secure storage of items.
  • Manage the placement, stocking, and maintenance of all First Aid kits across the resort.
  • Lead and train the resort’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Fire Brigade Team, ensuring readiness for all emergency situations.
  • Develop and maintain crisis management procedures, communication protocols, and emergency action plans.
  • Manage the full fleet of Jayasom vehicles, ensuring they are accounted for, controlled, and maintained.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Facilities, Culinary, and Housekeeping departments for smooth delivery processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in security, compliance, and logistics management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational governance, emergency readiness, and logistical support.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi regulations, RSG standards, and international hospitality requirements.
  • Experience in leading and developing security, emergency response, and logistics teams.
