Miraval The Red Sea is a resort located on Shura Island, within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. The property will feature 180 guest rooms, suites, and villas across three million square feet of beaches. It is designed to offer wellness experiences, including Miraval's mindfulness-based practices, and will house the largest spa in the Red Sea region. The resort is scheduled to open as part of the first phase of this development.

The Role of Security Manager

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a Security Manager to join its team. This full-time position, based in the Red Sea Project region, involves developing, implementing, and monitoring the hotel’s safety and security procedures. The Security Manager will report to the Resort Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets, including fire safety protocols and employee protection, in alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the safety and security procedures for the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and maintain protection for employees and assets.
• Oversee all security operations to ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, and visitors.
• Establish and implement emergency protocols, providing training to staff and security personnel in emergency response.
• Maintain high levels of security to prevent theft, loss, and damage across the resort.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure safety measures are consistent with Hyatt International's standards.
• Conduct regular security audits to evaluate and improve existing safety procedures.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
