About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Safety and Security Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves leading security operations and ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and property. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the security team, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Manage security operations by implementing protocols to protect guests, employees, and property, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Oversee property safety, conduct security patrols, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to address concerns.
• Support investigations related to accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Manage on-site emergency responses for incidents such as fires and medical emergencies, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Act as a liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies on security-related matters.
• Ensure accurate documentation by reviewing and maintaining security reports, incident records, and compliance documentation.
• Support hotel operations as part of the leadership team, taking on duty manager responsibilities as needed and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
