About the Role:

As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff members at Hilton. Your duties will include monitoring security procedures, patrolling the premises, managing undesirable behavior, and investigating incidents of theft. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of safety and customer service while supporting emergency evacuation procedures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control staff entrances and conduct regular searches of bags.
  • Oversee the Goods pass-out procedure for items purchased.
  • Maintain security systems, including CCTV monitoring.
  • Patrol hotel premises and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
  • Support cash transfer processes and investigate incidents of theft.
  • Work collaboratively with the police in case of incidents.

About You:

You should be a high school graduate or above with at least two years of law enforcement experience in a security bureau or military training. Knowledge of fire procedures, local laws, and emergency protocols is essential. You must have good physical condition, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
