Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Manager Landscape to join Botanica, its subsidiary specializing in sustainable greenery. Botanica provides dedicated sustainable greenery across Red Sea Global’s destinations, integrating new species with local flora. The company operates over 1 million square meters, focusing on a planet-first approach to sustainability. Since 2020, Botanica has cultivated over 5 million plants, with a goal of 30 million by 2030, shaping the natural landscapes of The Red Sea & Amaala. This full-time position is based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose

The Senior Manager Landscape provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for landscape maintenance operations. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and efficient landscape services across assigned projects and destinations. Key responsibilities include operational planning, manpower and resource optimization, budget and cost control, landscape quality, plant health, irrigation performance, HSE compliance, client satisfaction, and contractor management. The Senior Manager will lead Landscape Managers and Supervisors to achieve business objectives and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for landscape maintenance operations across assigned projects and destinations.
• Develop and implement annual landscape maintenance plans, operational strategies, work programs, and resource requirements.
• Lead and manage Landscape Managers, Supervisors, technical teams, and field workforce, ensuring clear accountability and effective performance.
• Oversee all softscape, horticultural, irrigation, plant health, and landscape maintenance activities to ensure required quality and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
• Manage manpower planning, deployment, productivity, and resource utilization according to operational and business requirements.
• Conduct regular operational and site performance reviews and ensure timely closure of quality observations and corrective actions.
• Oversee irrigation performance, water efficiency, fertilization programs, pest and disease control, pruning, planting, and seasonal landscape activities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to landscape quality, productivity, plant health, work completion, manpower utilization, costs, and service performance.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasts, cost control, and expenditure while ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure performance meets contractual, quality, safety, and operational requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, environmental, quality, company policies, and approved operational procedures.
• Lead the mobilization and operational readiness of new landscape maintenance projects.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, productivity, sustainability, water efficiency, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Develop Managers and Supervisors through coaching, performance management, technical guidance, and succession planning.

Stakeholder Management and Continuous Improvement

This role acts as the senior landscape focal point for internal departments, clients, operators, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities. The Senior Manager will drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of best practices, technology, and sustainable landscape solutions. The position requires strong coordination with various departments including Facilities Management, Community Management, Projects, Asset Management, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HSE, HR, and IT to ensure integrated delivery of landscape services.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in landscape management.
