About the Supervisor Events Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Supervisor Events to join the team at Amaala Yacht Club, located in Al Wajh, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and delivery of high-profile events and activations, aligning with the club’s luxury identity.

Role Purpose and Event Management

The Event Supervisor plays a central role in curating and executing a diverse range of events at Amaala Yacht Club. This includes member events, regattas, VIP functions, brand activations, and lifestyle experiences. The core objective is to ensure seamless execution from concept through to completion, maintaining exceptional service, aesthetic excellence, and operational precision in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of events, encompassing concept development, budgeting, logistics, and post-event reporting, with input from relevant internal departments.
• Curate a seasonal calendar of luxury member events and experiential activations designed to enhance engagement and club prestige.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors to coordinate all event components, including F&B, entertainment, décor, branding, permits, and security.
• Ensure that every event reflects the club’s luxury positioning, values, and brand tone.
• Develop detailed event briefs, run-of-shows, and comprehensive contingency plans.
• Support Member Relations colleagues on guest lists, RSVP systems, and VIP hosting protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, risk management, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing and PR teams for promotional and media engagement activities.
• Track event Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare post-event evaluation reports.
• Support the BOH Operations Manager in the smooth execution of regattas and sailing-related events, collaborating with the marina and yacht racing teams.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within a luxury or high-profile events environment.

Amaala Yacht Club, developed by Red Sea Global (RSG), is situated within the Triple Bay Marina on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast. It features 120 berths accommodating superyachts up to 130 meters, alongside a Marina Village.
