Role Summary

The Supervisor Landscape Maintenance is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily landscape maintenance operations. This full-time role ensures that all landscaped areas meet high standards of quality, safety, and presentation. The supervisor will manage workforce deployment, softscape maintenance, irrigation coordination, and plant health monitoring to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily landscape maintenance activities within assigned areas.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower based on operational priorities and site requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance of trees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, lawns, and seasonal plants.
• Supervise horticultural activities including pruning, trimming, mowing, planting, fertilization, weeding, mulching, and plant replacement.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure landscape areas meet required quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor plant health and identify issues such as irrigation problems, pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Coordinate with the irrigation team regarding performance, leaks, blockages, damaged components, and watering schedules.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, tools, machinery, equipment, and landscape materials.
• Monitor stock and material requirements, coordinating timely availability of fertilizers, chemicals, plants, soil, and other maintenance materials.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PPE requirements, toolbox talks, and safe working practices.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering manpower, completed works, pending activities, materials, equipment, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with Landscape Management, Irrigation, Nursery, HSE, Facilities, Logistics, and other support functions.
• Identify operational challenges, manpower shortages, quality concerns, or delays and escalate them to the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in landscape maintenance supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate daily landscape operations.
• Proficiency in horticultural practices and plant health monitoring.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Tabuk, with operations spanning Umluj. The role involves working within a team dedicated to sustainable development and ecological harmony, contributing to world-class projects in natural locations.
