The Role of Waiter/Waitress (Talent Pool)

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will contribute to the dining experience for guests. This full-time role involves providing attentive service, ensuring guest needs are met, and maintaining a welcoming restaurant environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests receive efficient and friendly service. The position is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to tables professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting guest preferences.
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar teams, including special requests.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards, ensuring correct presentation and timing.
• Attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
• Refill beverages, clear used dishes, and maintain a tidy dining environment.
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for new guests, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions, making recommendations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including service stations.
• Ensure all guest orders are served with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring safe food handling.
• Support the team during busy periods, assisting colleagues as needed.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Assist with setting up and closing service areas, ensuring items are cleaned and stored.
• Report customer feedback or complaints to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
• Perform other duties as required for smooth restaurant operation and a positive guest experience.

Candidate Profile
