Join Nice One as a Store Manager in Taif! In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving store operations, enhancing sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations to create a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Set and monitor sales targets to ensure store revenue and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to excel in customer service and product knowledge.
  • Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize loss.
  • Implement effective merchandising and visual strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Address customer issues quickly and empathetically to maintain satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with management and marketing teams on initiatives and local events.
  • Prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and team development recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management or senior assistant experience.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and commercial skills.
  • Proficient in POS and inventory management.
  • Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally when necessary.
