Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

Airbus ** is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Customer Logistics Team in Taif. This full-time role involves advising and guiding customers on logistics activities, including the supply of aircraft parts and services, part replacements, unserviceable returns, and warehouse management, all within the specific terms of customer contracts and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Adhere to all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
• Coordinate with AHA and AH front office to facilitate on-time deliveries.
• Manage logistic flows from the initial shipment from the supplier through to the delivery of items to the specified location, as per contract terms.
• Act as a liaison between the Customer Logistics and operations departments.
• Provide guidance to customer staff on supply-related aspects.
• Investigate and expedite logistics issues that may impact fleet availability.
• Respond to customer queries in collaboration with AHA.
• Provide periodic status updates via reports to the Customer Logistics Manager.
• Apply a continuous improvement approach to all logistics activities.
• Support customer activities on site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
