Role Overview

SGS - Saudi Ground Services is seeking a Safety & Quality Representative to join its team in Taif and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational compliance across all airport operations.

Contribution to Operations

The Safety & Quality Representative plays a critical role in monitoring and enhancing safety and quality performance within SGS operations. This involves proactive identification of risks, ensuring adherence to established policies and regulatory frameworks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across various operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and quality inspections across ramp, terminal, baggage, and fleet operations.
• Monitor compliance with SGS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and report safety concerns.
• Investigate operational incidents and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare comprehensive inspection reports.
• Coordinate effectively with operational teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to improve safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Safety Management, or a closely related field.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in safety and quality management, preferably within an operational or aviation context.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Taif and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to oversee airport operations. The role involves working within a dynamic environment to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
