About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Taif. This full-time position is central to providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales objectives within our showroom environment. The role focuses on ensuring a high level of service both before and after sales, managing customer interactions comprehensively, and maintaining showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent reception to customers inside the showrooms and maintain a high level of service.
• Meet customer needs, facilitate goods delivery, and provide comprehensive customer service before and after sales.
• Follow up with customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, securing orders, and calculating quantities.
• Assist customers in coordinating colors and products according to their specific needs.
• Facilitate the invoicing process and ensure proper delivery of goods.
• Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Keep the showroom organized and clean at all times, ensuring order and tidiness.
• Ensure all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
• Achieve sales targets as per the established sales plan.
• Secure a good stock of all items, especially well-moving ones, by applying the policy for ordering from warehouses (minimum and highest levels).
• Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to avoid dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines for accurate stock.
• Prevent stock decreases or increases during periodic inventory operations checks.

Reporting and Financial Adherence

• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhere to depositing all sales cash amounts daily into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Submit periodic reports of achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Collaboration and Compliance

• Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.
• Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.
