About the Role

Fairmont The Red Sea, a property under the Accor umbrella, is seeking a Bell/Luggage Attendant to join its hospitality team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves serving as a primary point of contact for guests, providing assistance with luggage and travel needs. The role is central to ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for all guests, upholding the high standards of professionalism and courtesy expected at a luxury resort destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a professional demeanor.
  • Assist guests efficiently with luggage handling, transportation, and storage.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, vehicles, and designated areas, adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
  • Provide guests with directions, information about hotel facilities, and recommendations for local attractions and services.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs, escalating complex issues to management as required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, representing the Fairmont brand with excellence.
  • Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Ensure common areas, luggage storage, and service corridors are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety, security, and operational procedures.
  • Handle guest interactions with courtesy and discretion, maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • Demonstrated customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to handle and transport luggage safely.
