About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Executive Manager, Corporate Health Center Operations (Mega AC) to oversee the operations of its Corporate Health Centers. This full-time position, based in Yanbu and Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and aligning operations with corporate health and wellness objectives. The role involves managing clinic operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring cost efficiency across multiple corporate locations.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Executive Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of corporate health centers, focusing on operational excellence, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and financial stewardship. This includes developing and implementing operational procedures, ensuring compliance, fostering strong client relationships, and managing budgets to optimize service delivery and financial performance.

Operational Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple in-house clinics across Mega account corporate locations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency in clinic operations.
  • Monitor clinic performance, patient flow, and service delivery to continuously optimize operations.
  • Ensure the availability of medical equipment, supplies, and medications through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure system readiness and provide all necessary requirements for system infrastructure and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Facility teams to ensure clinic readiness and optimal presentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to clinics to monitor operational workflows and identify any gaps for improvement.

Quality, Compliance, and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the medical team in conducting regular audits to assess clinical quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage incident reporting processes and implement corrective actions to address compliance gaps effectively.
  • Propose and implement proactive compliance measures to reduce risks and enhance overall safety within the health centers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between corporate clients and the clinic team, fostering strong relationships.
  • Develop customized healthcare solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with HR and management teams of corporate clients to review health service performance.
  • Address feedback, complaints, and service improvement requests from corporate clients, finalizing solutions with internal stakeholders.

Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage clinic budgets in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising care quality.
  • Monitor expenses, revenue streams, and the overall financial performance of the clinics.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs, including negotiating vendor contracts and supply agreements.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve service utilization and ensure financial sustainability of the health centers.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations management, preferably within a corporate health or multi-clinic environment. This role requires a proven ability to manage complex operations, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and internal teams. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to high-quality healthcare delivery are essential.
