About the Role

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a T&D Counselor (Operator Evaluator & Trainer) to join our team in Yanbu, Al Madinah Province. This full-time position involves working directly with Yasref, focusing on critical training and development initiatives within operational areas.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

The primary objective of this role is to enhance operational competency through structured training and evaluation programs. The T&D Counselor will be instrumental in assessing operator performance, designing and delivering effective training, and fostering continuous development across various operational functions.

Core Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of operator performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver specialized training programs tailored to operational needs.
• Support the ongoing competency development of operators across all relevant operational areas.
• Provide constructive performance feedback to operators based on assessments.
• Collaborate effectively with operations and training teams to ensure alignment and program success.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in training and development roles, specifically within an operational context. A strong understanding of industrial processes and control systems is essential for this position.

• Demonstrated experience in operator evaluation, training delivery, and competency development.
• Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and the ability to interpret flow diagrams.
