Role Summary

The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of staff accommodation facilities. This full-time role ensures a safe, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for all employees, contributing to their overall well-being and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations and maintain the overall condition of staff accommodation.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of rooms, common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and other facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify, and report maintenance or safety issues for timely resolution.
• Monitor room allocations, occupancy rates, check-in/check-out processes, and maintain accurate employee accommodation records.
• Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Security, and Housekeeping departments on accommodation-related matters.
• Ensure strict compliance with hotel policies, accommodation rules, and health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Address employee accommodation concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain precise records of room assignments, occupancy, maintenance requests, and accommodation inventory.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of necessary accommodation supplies.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of accommodation rules and regulations.
• Handle emergencies or incidents within the accommodation premises and report them to the relevant departments.
• Conduct follow-up on corrective actions identified during accommodation inspections.
• Foster positive and respectful relationships with employees while upholding discipline and proper conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
