The Role: Accommodation Supervisor

Calo Inc. is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to manage staff accommodation operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily management of staff housing, coordinating essential services, and addressing employee accommodation needs. The position requires an organized and hands-on individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained living environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of staff accommodation to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage room allocations, occupancy, and staff housing requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of accommodation facilities.
• Ensure proper functioning of Wi-Fi, utilities, and other accommodation facilities.
• Arrange and monitor staff transportation to meet employee needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Address employee concerns and resolve issues related to accommodation and transportation.
• Conduct regular accommodation inspections to ensure facility maintenance and prompt issue resolution.
• Monitor accommodation requirements and ensure essential services are available to staff.
• Respond to urgent accommodation-related issues and provide on-site support as needed.
• Reside in the staff accommodation to provide effective on-site supervision and timely assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in staff accommodation, facilities management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Hindi, with basic Arabic communication skills.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, transportation, vendors, and employee requirements is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility and availability to respond to urgent accommodation-related issues.
• Willingness to reside in the staff accommodation is a requirement of the role.
• Must be currently based in KSA.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires the Accommodation Supervisor to reside within the staff accommodation to ensure effective on-site management and support for employees.
