About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a fresh graduate, a Saudi National, with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on sales support and technical assistance for customers. The position aims to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing technical requests and optimizing customer experience programs.

Role Purpose and Impact

As a CX (Sales Support Specialist), this role contributes to shaping the customer experience strategy and driving initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ability to support technical requests is crucial for optimizing customer experience programs and fostering business growth. The position is expected to lead to increased revenue, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric culture, supporting the organization's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements, building codes, and fire safety standards to develop compliant and cost-effective Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
• Support project managers and installation teams with engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop product enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and quality.
• Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality.
• Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Saudi National.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and technical specifications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Technical understanding of Fire, Security, or BMS solutions is preferred.
