About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Bartender to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves preparing and serving beverages while ensuring a positive guest experience. The Bartender contributes to the overall hospitality by delivering memorable service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly manner and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks according to established recipe standards, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishable items, to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system for cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Monitor inventory and maintain the freshness and quality of all beverage-related products.
• Address situations involving intoxicated guests professionally and respectfully, maintaining a safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
